    While the bill is real, it is not hidden in any other bill.
    As answered in the thread.

    The bill is H.R. 45,
    Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009

    A similar bill is introduced every year, and as in other years,
    SO FAR....this one is dead in the water.
