I've had so much going on that I forgot to plug the M1 I listed last Sunday:

The barrel on this rifle measures an amazing zero-zero, which is essentially brand new and I doubt it was ever fired after being rebuilt. The rifle looks great and the stock set is good looking walnut with some nice figure. You don't often find barrels in this kind of condition, so if you're looking for a WWII era rifle that is a cut above most of the M1s out there, this rifle bears a look.

This is a great rifle with an excellent condition barrel and looks like it went right into storage after being rebuilt in August 1964. These US depot rebuilds are beginning to develop a bit of a cult following and are getting hard to find in really nice condition.

This rifle is one of a pair of very nice M1s which are WWII era and have birch stock sets. You either love birch...Or you don't, there is very little middle ground. In this case the wood is really nice and the rifle is in excellent condition.

This is a fine looking rifle and the wood is extremely nice. The Summer M1 market seems soft (as I learned on the last sale [:(]) so if you've been hoping for a WWII rifle then this is worth a look.

This is another WWII M1 that went though a rebuild during Korea. It has better than average wood, a nice barrel and should make a fine shooter.

This is a Korean War era rebuild of a WWII rifle and has a very nice barrel and good looking wood. Take a look, I think you'll like it.

This rifle is not fancy, but it has a good barrel, and if you like light colored wood then this one is for you. The CMP sold out of M1s last month and are no longer accepting orders so this is a chance to get an M1 without a long wait for new stock.

I really like the wood on this rifle, and the barrel is in very nice shape. The serial number: 1114445 would have been easy for any soldier or Marine to remember. This is a good looking rifle and would serve well in the field, or for anyone looking for a WWII era M1.

It is a late war M1 that looks like it went through rebuilding at Rock Island, probably around the Korean War era. The barrel is in great condition so after rebuilding it was probably carried a lot more than it was fired. It is a good looking rifle, but covered with a lot of dried grease and has some discoloration. The last M1 I listed went for $1300 and while this one isn't quite as nice looking, it is a good solid rifle and the barrel is every bit as good so you can scrub off the dried grease and save some $$$.

The barrel is excellent, the overall finish is excellent, the rifle's interior looks pristine, and the birch stock set has great color. I'd be surprised if this rifle was ever issued after leaving the depot.
