  Sure looks very similar to an RG 10. If it was made in the US maybe it was an attempt to get around the GCA of 68.

  They were made in the US after 1968. I sold many of them in the 70's. As was pointed out, they were meant to fire a couple of cylinders full of ammo. A few that came from the distributor to the store wouldn't even do that!

  did'nt they also make them as starters guns ,[ barrel being partially blocked] using 22 short crimped blanks? I seem to recall the pot metal construction began to corrode after one use or so..

  is there rifling in the barrel?
  if not, its a starter gun.
