    I recently saw a New Old Stock one go for 1125 and a used one go for 870. Seems to me they sell at a premium. I am guessing you get parts from Colt. Have not been able to find any anywhere else. Plan to call them today and see. Someone was telling me they were not able to locate recoil springs. Hope someone knowledgeable chimes in.

    I have seen a lot of info on the 45 just can't seem to find any on the 40.

    The 40 was made for only one year,1999. I do not understand why there is so little info on parts.
