Thinking about a new caliber for my rifle.

I am thinking about changing my 700VLS 223 to somthing in the 6mm range. I have plenty of 223 cases and thinking about the 6x45. I have seen them shoot really good. I am wanting to know what barrel twist rate to go to. I want to shoot 80gr to 100gr bullets if it is posible. Let me know.

Used to have a Sako Forester in .243 Win. It had a twist of 1:10 and really stabilized the 85 to 95 grain bullets well.
Keep off the Ridgeline
Thanks
