Some will die in hot pursuit
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain

IMHO, just about any gun made in the 50's and 60"s is worth more than it's later day counter-part. That gun was made by a GUNSMITH, not by an assembly line.
Only thing is, it has the old friction ring adjustments. It may have been abused by using wrong loads or wrong settings.

The barrel is stamped "**" -- which I'm guessing is a choke code for modified.
Two "**" is improved modified in case you were considering purchase.[;)]
