curved 2 screw buttplate surface
no provisions for clip or tube magazine
recess for bolt handle
serial number in barrel channel with letter "T"
recess for 2 bolt trigger guard, with stock bushings, and bottom stamped letter "G"

Is that a filled sling slot aft of the pistol grip? Or is it perhaps just dis colored?
Correction. Sorry, read that twice and still missed the sling slot statement until re-read #3! Duh
Filled in slot is for the sling, and the filled in hole is for the Firing pin take down disk.
Too bad its been butchered an original stock can go for at least $200.00
Looks to be a KKW German Mauser stock.

that's what I thought maybe it was, but the KKW stocks I saw online, all had the big recess in the stock for the bolt handle knob.
this one doesn't have the recess
the contours around the top of the stock where the bolt hangs down, are also much different on this stock, than a KKW
here is a KKW
and below is the stock I have. there are visible differences in the contours
most likely someone took a full length stock trainer, and cut it down to resemble a factory sporter that looks like this

that's the stock with similar contours, looking at the pictures, the left and right side around the bolt area are identical
