I need help identifying barrel Enfield p-14? Krag?

I am trying to figure out what type of rifle this barrel came from. It is slightly longer than 24 3/4 in. 30-06 will not fit in the chamber. 303 and 30-40 does fit. Here is a link to some pics of the markings.

You might use a sharpie and color the shoulder/neck area of each case. Insert each case and see if it rubs off.
To get an accurate assessment of what it is chambered for you will need to do a chamber casting.

I think it started its life as a 303 barrel, perhaps sometime in the last 100+ years bubba did some work. Sometimes war issue stuff is not always up to spec's. +1 for chamber cast.
