Anyone know of a place to send aluminum firearm parts to have re-anodized to factory or better quality? Namely a trigger guard/magazine floor plate assembly at this time.

You might consider a bake/spray on finish.
I would call and talk with a local anodizing outfit before doing anything.
Removing the anodized surface is by definition removing a portion of the original substrate, and will most likely leave the piece with a matte finish that will have to be fully polished before a new coating can be applied.
