Kahr chrome chamber problems

Anyone experience losing the chrome plating in the chamber on their Kahr pistol? In less than 100 rounds one half of the chamber had lost it chrome plating. Is this normal? Called Kahr, they said it doesn't hurt anything.

I have not had your problem , but, has the plating actually peeled off? or was it so thin that it is already worn off? if peeling I would request it be fixed/replaced under warranty , if it is covered by one. it would seem with only 100 rounds through it is must be brand new, call them , express your remorse for buying what you thought was a high quality pistol and request sending them the bad barrel and getting a new one in return.

Kahr explains that this is a top layer of the chrome plating coming off from the pistol wearing in and not the actual chrome plating on the firearm; but contact Kahr again and ask to be sure, which is why Kahr said "it doesn't hurt anything." according to your post, however they should have explained this to you.
