    He had a failed law suit a few years ago against AT&T. The phone giant was releasing private telephone records to the NSA as yet another part of Bush's War On Terror. Stud's suit was tossed out in District Court and was probably one of the last gasps for Americans to freely exchange information without having Big Brother listening in on our every word.
