Been out but the picture, health issues. Still not running on all 8, but at least I am still in the game. They have been poking, stay, ct, ct with contrast. They wanted to do a MRI, but being I am bionic, can't. I got good news, they delivered this Tuesday, I still need someone to go hunting with, but at least I am back in the woods. This thing is awesome.

If there are any here that has contributed to the independence fund, I will thank you.
I am not familiar with that. Tell us more about the fund. That thing looks cool. Give us a range report.
I like your "Caterpillar".[:D]
Been spending so much time at the VA, they should give me my own parking spot.
Take some spray paint and reserve one for yourself!

Here's the site,
http://www.tankchair.com/independence-fund
Basically they arrange through the contributors, to fund chairs for disabled vets, Leo that are disabled due to the job. When I filled out the paperwork, they wanted everything, but three days later I was informed I had been approved, when I ask how much the payments, they said I don't think you understand, its at no cost. Mind you this is $18.000

When the pain gets so bad, even the simple task is too much to handle. For years I've had migraines, bad ones, but the worest migraine is nothing compared to the spine.
I like to hear those that have never had real pain, those that know pain, if they can handle it, they can damn near handle anything.
I sent this off to the board, and the response so far is positive.
Thanks.
I am glad you posted this. My car club has been looking for places to donate the funds we raised this year. We support MIAP, and other veteran's causes, but have been looking for something to help those with injuries and mobility issues.

MIAP friend of mine started it. Really great guy.
We have 9500 acre hunting club with only 50 members (all relatives) just wish you were near enough to go hunting with us. My game cams are working overtime.
Its hard to find someone to go hunting with. Some of the hunting clubs have a few opening, but I can't pay the price just to go hunting a few times. I love venison, turkey, hog, there is a place south, they have buffalo, deer, hog hunting, they stock there area, its not a canned hunt, you still have to get out a scout. The last time I went hunting was in 2002, camp blanding opens to hunters, but you sign in and out, I got out, found me a place to sit, but after sitting 4 hours later I grabbed my canes, but I was in so much pain I could not stand, lucky for me, they came out looking for me, gave me a ride back in. After that I quit hunting, this is going to be great, but I still need someone to hunt with.
You are on the wrong coast or I would help. So I'm sure someone would love to get involved and help.

I met Fred once. We usually deal with Bud Thieme. He was up here a month or so ago to receive a contribution at one of our shows. Great guy, and a great cause.
