Favorite .357 magnum handgun?

I really like .357 mag revolvers, mainly S&W's but the Ruger and Colt offerings are also nice - except for the Colt price! I have had S&W L frames, Ruger Blackhawks and even a Colt Python years ago (got married). My favorite hands down is my S&W Model 27-2 with a 3.5" barrel. It is a joy to shoot, and is very accurate[:)]. A close second would be the Coonan .357, I don't own one but I have fired a friends Coonan a few times and they are awesome!
So what say ye GB forum members? What is your preference for a .357 handgun??

But my favorite was the short barrel bobbed hammer SP-101. KSP-321XL.

About 20 years ago when I lived in Arizona I was at the Rio Salada Range outside of Mesa, Rob Lethham's home range. I took a couple of ranging shoots, reloaded and put all six in a 12" target at 100 meters. That 19 was my first handgun. I have had a love affair with her for over 40 years.
Ruger Security Six w/ 4" barrel, blued.

years ago I had one with six inch barrel that Ruger ate up some very hot loads for quite a while.
That piece is hands down one of the strongest 357's ever made!![^]
Capt. Jack Sparrow.
It'll shoot 2" groups at 50 yards with 3.7gr of Unique under a 158gr SWC,
Single or double action?
my S&W 66, 4'' for. I like it lots
I have not yet seen a 357 mag that I would trade

Sure liked the Coonan with 38 conversion before letting a friend talking me out of it [:(]
Second is my Korth,
Third is my worked GP-100.

If I had to choose just one as the favorite, likely go with a 5" Model 27 in nickel.
Too old to live...too young to die...
Ruger GP100
+1. Python a close second.
Happy to shoot it against anything.
