Re: Shots Fired at Trump Golf Club
quote by Mobuck:
[Witnesses reported a 'pop, pop' 'pop, pop'. Even the moderately powerful 7.62x39 round's muzzle blast isn't 'pop, pop' at a range close enough to ensure a hit.]
Allegedly the shots were fired by the SS when one of them spotted the gun barrel poking through the brush.
Can you imagine if Bubba got in to this?
Rice paddies in Louisiana and California won't be the same. Also Bubbas here would have to make the tractors bigger to haul the load. You know displacement VS tune. Red Necks come from all parts of the world.
Re: Fasting Today
My hospital hooked me up with all of my records online a few months ago and this morning I checked in and already got to read my ultrasound results! Everything normal and no need for further tests in the future! 😊
Re: 250,000
My Nissan Frontier has 530,000 miles and runs fine. One of my uncles neighbors has an old Datsun pick up with a million + miles.
A little range time with the .44 mag...
When I was a young man, I used to enjoy hitting the range with a .44 mag and running a couple boxes though it. I managed to fire 30 rounds today though my Ruger Super Redhawk. AND that was more than enough !!! Pretty much on target for hunting this fall.. Looking forward to getting out in the field with it in a couple months….
Anyone else started getting ready for the coming whitetail season ?
Re: Concert ticket nightmare that has turned out to be quite the adventure!
The year was 1970......Oklahoma State U........and I took my first "love" to see The Fifth Dimension. Some guys on our floor, at Parker Hall, had stood in line for a block of tickets......for 2 days. My date and I had seats in the fourth row at Gallagher Hall(the wrestling/basketball arena).
Later......there was The First Edition (before it was Kenny Rodgers and The First Edition🙄)......then Lou Rawls.....and others.......and other "dates".
Good times.......great memories.🙂
Re: Pagers be blowing up!!!
Un telling what the Chinese have implanted in all of our cell phones. With the push of a button, they may take out 90% of our population. For sure there will be very few young people standing as they live on them.
Re: A little range time with the .44 mag...
With my messed up arm, I might have to use my .480 SuperRedhawk to hunt with.
Re: A little range time with the .44 mag...
Love my .44 mag. My wife even shot it and did very well. She handled 10 rounds. She said the recoil actually felt less than the recoil of the 2 3/4" ruger with .357 loads. I said yep.
We never hunted with our handguns, although we'd often have them with us. Shot our deers with rifle or shotgun.
Good luck on your upcoming season. We require reports and pictures. Please.
Re: Shots Fired at Trump Golf Club
Considering the firearm and location, the 'threat was remote'. By this I mean the possibility of actually hitting/harming the intended target was theoretical at best.
Witnesses reported a 'pop, pop' 'pop, pop'. Even the moderately powerful 7.62x39 round's muzzle blast isn't 'pop, pop' at a range close enough to ensure a hit.
Only 4 shots were fired? Given the 'spray and hope' accuracy of the AK, altered SKS, or whatever it was, why wouldn't a 'real assassin' empty the magazine?
This scenario has so many holes in it that it's a joke. The perpetrator was played for the radical fool in another epic stage play.
