How about "Perry Mason" for a great old show,"The Prisoner" for a strange almost old show and " The Sopranos" for the best recent show?....Hmmm,seems to be a pattern there...

If I remember right the A team packed Ruger AC-556s, by the way has everyone forgotten "Laugh-In"

Never paid much attention to their conventional weapons, but think I remember Hannibal with a mini 14. I do remember BA Barracus setting up some oxygen and acetyline bottles on a rack, and knocking the necks off them with a sledge hammer ---- talk about rockets !! Knocked the bad guys off the map. Funny thing though ...... with all the shooting, I never saw anyone fall down and bleed!

Everything that's already been listed from the fifties and early sixties, plus:

Adventures In Paradise - my all-time favorite show about cruising the south seas on the good ship Tiki. Starring Gardner McKay as Capt. Adam Troy.

    and

The Troubleshooters - about the adventures of a crew of heavy construction workers starring Keenan Wynn as the superintendent.

and (sorry if it's been mentioned already)

    Sheriff of Cochise

Yeah, the Troubleshooters. I was trying to remember that. They had a suspenseful episode about some nitro-glycerine I believe.

Question for COMBAT fans: Did anyone except Kirby or Little John ever walk "point" when the squad was on patrol? The one line from that show that sticks with me after al those years is Vic Morrow saying "Kirby" or "Little John", "Take the point."

Hey, does anyone rememeber an old show, can't remember if it was Twilight zone or Outer Limits, but Robert Culp starred in this episode and his hand was a computer. He had to find the missing fingers to the hand to make it work. There were beings that he was fighting that when you ripped a chain off their necks, they vanished.
Another show I used to like, its an oldie, called "Scarecrow". Anyone remember Scarecrow?

ive seen a lot of shows i liked to watch, but i think so far no one has mentioned Barney Miller. also, since im a sci fi nut, gotta mention a show called The Starlost. was a canadian production, only lasted a couple years. was pretty corny but i enjoyed it. also, cant forget the older Dr Who episodes on pbs. actually met tom baker and jon pertwee years ago. pertwee passed away about a year after i met him. some great shows there if you like sci fi

I remember Trackdown too -- also Man with a Camera, I Led 3 Lives, Decoy, --those are pretty far back. Not to mention US Steel Hour and Lux Theater, Your Show of Shows with Imogene Coca and Sid Caesar. And Hit Parade, Masquerade Party with the sticky make-up, Jan Murray's Treasure Hunt (sponsored by Mogendavid Wine). Remember the dancing cigarette boxes and John Cameron Swayze for Timex and Drewery's beer? Or was it Black Label? Inner Sanctum on TV? Glynnis? And "Do you want to be Queen for a Day!?"

I don't know about the point, but I remember I always liked the shows that focused on Vic Morrow, who died in the Twilight Zone movie accident, better than the ones that focused on Rick Jason.

For you old timers. Dagmar on the Jerry lester show.
Jack Benny, George Gobel, Bob Newhart.
Sad part is that we used to have to choose between three great shows at the same time. Now we have VCRs & I have a HARD time finding one that is worth watching.
