Do Equis, in the green bottle only. Man, that's good stuff! Sure beats the heck out of Corona (which ain't real bad but bad enough)

My current poison - a Dark & Stormy -Ginger beer and dark rum. (Some of my co-workers just returned from Oz with a stock of Bundaburg Rum (Bundy)and I finally found a local microbrewery that is making ginger beer occasionally.)In Australia you can buy pre-mixed Dark & Stormy stubbies at the local inconvenience stores. Outstanding policy.Soft drinks- Mountain Dew Code RedBeer - Chimay - a lovely Belgian Trappist brew. And for a shot- The ubiquitous Buttery Nipple. (Especially if the bartender is cute.)Rotten *[This message has been edited by Rotten * (edited 01-28-2002).]

I prefer a ammaretto and coke, or a wild turkey with either a sprite or mountaindew. Although my homade ice cream and kaluha isnt bad either!

I don't partake in such beverages now.But in when I was a kid, the popular drink was Ripple and Thunderbird, second and third to beer.Maybe it'll make a comeback, as most nostalgic things are doing today..

I haven't had a drink in 20 years (you wouldn't like me when I'm drinking). But my favorites used to be Dos Equis, Tres Equis, Southern Comfort, a good 12-year-old brandy, Heinekin, Bud, Busch, Pabst, Coors, Elephant Malt, Colt .45, Campari, vodka, Galliano, tequila, margueritas, hot toddies, Tanqueray, Miller, Michelob, Drambui (sp?), Canadian Club (even the plain wrap), and Kahlua, among others. Which is why I haven't had a drink in 20 years..... Now I drink soda water, diet colas, tea, double espresso, and crave lots of milk. Favorite current espresso brand is called Bustelo.

In my younger days when my friends and I would close down the tid... er... topless bars, we would have the bartended make a concoction we christened "Wild Indian Piss." At the end of the night, have the bartender elevate his spill mats and drain the liquid out of same into a rocks glass with a few ice cubes. Shake once to get the sediment moving freely, then slam it.Man, those were the days. Now? I'll have a glass of wine now and again...
