    You weren't out of line. You had a legit question. I knew very little about lotions a year ago. I just knew that my hands suffered during hunting season. After reading, learning, etc. I now have some knowledge (still more to learn). Most lotions are crap, but I didn't know that. You can't learn anything if you ask. I would have asked the exact same question as you a year ago.
