Install a remote-operated valve on the bottom of the reservoir. Fill the reservoir with used motor oil.
When tailgated, open the valve and let the motor oil drip into your hot tailpipe. BIG smelly smoke.
As kids we had junks cars we'd run off-road. A version of what Nunn suggests might work better:
Get a windshield washer pump and reservoir from a junk car and run the spray end into the exhaust; use #2 diesel fuel instead of motor oil.
