Yea right, just like he didn't inhale or have sexual relations with that woman too. [xx(][xx(][xx(]
Tell me when the new edition of the Newspeak Dictionary comes out... I'm waaaaaaay behind on my doubletalk.[}:)]
Since when have I ever posted GW is devoted or determined?
I think he just went ape crap after the guy and country that tried to assasinate his dad. I woulda used a different method.
Clinton was the worst President this country ever had. It will be the down fall of our nation if his wife gets into the White House !! If she wins, I am moving to Canada !!
Geez, if you think Clinton is the worst, are you blind to the carrying ons of George W. Bush? Please remove your head from that dark and smelly place where you have inserted it.
BTW, is that a promise to move?

That's REALLY funny! That guy needed/still
needs a reality check!
Go back to Harlem and work on your next book
... as America's first 'black president.'
Leave the 'heavy lifting of government' to others
(not Hillary, either)![:D][:D][:D]
Clinton is an extremely intelligent, but, morally weak man. Nobody is ever going to accuse Bush of being the sharpest tool in the box.
Don't mistake "ego" for intelligence! I wonder how intelligent Clinton is based on his actions. Certainly lacks "common sense". Now Bush on the other hand has good "Common Sense".
Liberals always think they are more intelligent! But of course the truth doesn't follow their logic, or lack of logic! To much time with their noses in the books and no practical experience or ability to get anything positive accomplished.
Clinton was the worst President this country ever had. It will be the down fall of our nation if his wife gets into the White House !!
We got a bingo here!!

Our nation has already begun its downfall.
Billy Clinton says he actually told people to kill Bin Laden when he was President
. . . But he couldn't pull himself away from his golf game to give the go-ahead when it was feasible, wouldn't accept OBL as a prisoner, etc. Oh, yeah, sure, he told people. He's told the entire world a lot of things - all dependent on the definition of "is." Perhaps he could have moved a bit faster if his pants didn't entangle his ankles. It's a damn shame he, the rest of the DNC, chirac and kofi annan weren't having a breakfast meeting at the top of the WTC when <censored>'s [sarcasm] rational, peace-loving [/sarcasm] buddies hit. The world would definitely be a better place.

What an extraordinarily diplomatic way to note that he is an entirely self-centered pathological liar. "Morally corrupt" doesn't begin to address the foul depths of his character. The klintons, teddy the Hutt, piddlepants carter, screechin' howie, ad nauseum . . . what sort of drooling idiots favor these worthless bleening scum? And you criticize Dubya's intelligence?
Granted, Dubya's no prize, but when compared to 99.999% of the leftist enemy opposition, second rate is way ahead of the AINO rotting cockroach crap which is the DNC and their candidates.
I can find 100 things to bash Clinton on, but I think he's being honest about this. I also think it's a right wing witch hunt on him so it can be used against Hilary in '08. My God! She has enough baggage on her own. No one needs to make up a spin or slant on her!
Just more dishonest partisian politics!
What does Richard Clarke say?
Richard Clarke is a proven liar--probably one of hairy's friends--and a disgruntled employee. He got canned and rightly so.
Clouder..
The worst President used to be Jimmy Carter but Klintoon beat him in the "worst" department by a landslide.
BINGO !!!
Neither of them has a spine, but 'ol jimmuh piddlepants at least spoke the truth as he saw it in his addled mind and at least put the nation ahead of his own personal aggrandizement. Hell, anklepants makes Nixon look good in comparison.

I am a devot republican but i can honestly say america was good under clinton. i wouldnt ever vote for him but america had a good 8 years under him. i think democrats should say the same about Bush
I am a devot republican but i can honestly say america was good under clinton.
Check out the number of Presidential Pardons he passed out when he left office.

The MOST ... by far of any president.
Read them over and learn something.[8D]
The sorry * said he hated cigarettes and guns and passed every gun bill that crossed his desk. He is dumber that a box of rocks.

Regarding this post, I am NOT saying Clinton was or is a great guy, only that he is more intelligent than Bush. Clinton, was a Rhodes Scholar, on his OWN merits. GWB, without his family's political and business connections, would be where? Drunk in a bar somewhere in Texas?
It is unfortunate that this forum has gotten to the point where even the moderators cannot participate in a civil discussion.
And your point is... what? Seriously, what's your point?
Yes, Clinton is a very smart man, so is his wife. You can be a smart idiot. If you need proof, you simply need to visit any college campus and speak to any of the tenured professors. You'll find, not just on average but skewed tremendously, these professors are very smart but don't have a clue on the planet what goes on in the real world, how the real world works, and are confined to their ivory towers and enjoy spreading their manure to the captive audience -- namely their students.
I see this every day. I'm a grad student. I deal with very smart people. I'd not want most of these people running the country or even the company that I eventually work for.
FWIW, there is an old saying that still holds true today:
Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach.
That is soooooooooooooooooooooooo...True![:D]
People like to criticize Clinton for his failure to capture or kill Bin Laden during his eight year term, and this criticism is rightfully deserved. But then again, Bush has been President for six years, and he hasn't gotten Bin Laden either. So maybe Republicans should remember the little saying about "people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones."
Except for the fact that one of the two was actually trying to do something about bin Laden, and was considering bin Laden a terrorist and security issue while the other was considering it from a law-enforcement issue.
Can you guess which one is which?
This guy is pond scum. He is more interested in his "lagacy" than anything else. After that, he has some interest in getting his wife in the office.
I nearly jumped out of my seat and puked when he started telling how the democrat party is not saft on terrorism. They have some guys running for COngress that once did this or that in previous administations. He then claimed Rove just wants Americans to be scared.
Scared? So then we are respecting the threat of terrorism as too much. So then we can afford to be softer on terrorism. what a piece of work.
RUN HILLARY, RUN!!
BRING IT ON!

Perhaps. And certainly extraordinarily gifted in prevarication, given his PhD from the Goebbels School of Communication. Without it, where would he be? Most likely in Little Rock, selling used cars in the model of the character in True Lies . . . or the poster boy for Legal Ethics courses in the nation's law schools (actually, he still could make that one). quote:Originally posted by woodshermit:

What an extraordinarily diplomatic, "liberal" way to acknowledge a comment struck close to home. Given all the vicious dung spewed by the lying leftists (pardon the redundancy), this IS a civil response, and far better than they deserve.

Actually, most of the "smart" ones in academia, the media and the DNC rather obviously consider themselves, with extraordinary arrogance, to be an elite vastly superior to the rest of the populace and thus not bound by the law, social convention or common decency. Not, perhaps, idiots, but certainly a complete waste of otherwise perfectly good resources.
like it or not, we never got invaded by foreign terrorist while Clinton was in office
as far as worst president goes, bush's term is not over yet, so he is still in the running

Ever hear of the WTC? I was in NYC the first time the foreign terrorists bombed it.
If i was interviewing Clinton(or anyone else) and he started putting his finger in my face I'd give him one warning and if he did it again I'd snap his finger off.

Yep; it was Clinton. Read Richard Clarke's book. Bush did nothing about Osama Been Forgotten for over eight months despite the information President Clinton and Richard Clarke has prepared for the incoming Administration.

LMAO. Proven? LMAO
Go crawl back under your rock, you REMFer.
I don't care for Clinton, and Richard Clarke offers a one sided spin in his book because he has an axe to grind. But I will say this, I think Clinton could have and should have done more, but I think he did try as hard as his party would support him, and I think he's being honest that he wanted to and tried to kill Bin Laden. I also have seen him tell everyone, democrat and republican alike, that he had the same intelligence reports as Bush, and he too believed them to be accurate.
I can find 100 things to bash Clinton on, but I think he's being honest about this. I also think it's a right wing witch hunt on him so it can be used against Hilary in '08. My God! She has enough baggage on her own. No one needs to make up a spin or slant on her!

Thanks, dheffley, for the common sense attitude. Too bad others don't possess such.

Aren't you the one that said it was/is childish to hide behind a phoney screen name to insult people?
Some are man/women enoght to use their real names and some aren't. We know which group your in.
Run Hillary Run!
I've heard Mr. Clinton's rant again and again. This man is insane. He is number two after Howard Dean! AGHH!
We all know Mrs. CLinton is not going to become President.
I think I could be comfortable if the guy from Indiana were to become a democrat President. I'm not saying I would vote for him, but I would accept him. (The American Leftist party will not accept anyone as a Republican President.)
as far as worst president goes, bush's term is not over yet, so he is still in the running

No? are you sure you dont want to recant your statement?
