    idsman, I am not qualified to speak to your duties, but I feel I have enough experience with personnel management to say that if your CO can't read that memo and immediately realize where the problem is in his command, he's the one who should be looking for an alternate career. That's about as unprofessional, counterproductive a pronouncement as I've ever seen. You and your fellow recruiters have it hard enough w/o such moronic BS. No doubt in my mind that if the roles were reversed the numbers would be a lot better. Good luck - sure hope it works out for you.

    What's Dockers? The only things I wear are Dress Blues, Class A's and my PT uniform which I wear around the apartment before I go to bed. I managed to get a chance to wear hunting clothes twice this month. I WISH I could wear "Soft" clothes.
