7mm Nut.Mine is a NEF.I almost got whiped at the range the very first time I shot it.There were two guys there with brand new senderos, With top of the line leupolds. One of them looked at my target,And got some kind off Big Bubba pissed. When I put the calapers on it,One group was .234 the other was .348.He started hollering how much he had payed for his rig.He got real mad,When I told him the taxes for his rig would have paid for a NEF.Just another good day with a.223.

This may be a technicality, but my bullet charts show the 223's nominal dia. is 224. A fun round for plinking or hunting.

Varmit, isnt it amazing how well a single shot less than $200 shoots!? A friend of mine bought one and I laughed at him, 6 months later I had one and I love it. Now I have 3 NEF's. They day I got mine I had to give it a test, after sighting in at 100 yards I though well let's see what happens here, I took it over to the 2 and 3 hundred range and I was impressed! I have an old 760 gameblaster in 30-06 that is the same way, it's incredible how that thing shoots but I find myself carrying that NEF more and more. Hell I havent shot my big 7 mag in over a year! I may need to change my user name to "EX 7MM NUT"!

Jeez...Talk about a ribbing! I think you may have killed him!Bullzeye,Are you ok? Blink if you can hear me. Breath slowly... don't move around too much, you may be bleeding internally. Nurse I need a strecher in here STAT!
Don't worry about the bullet with your name on it, worry about the fragmentation grenade addressed 'To Occupant'.

Monkey, the movie Batman comes to mind, the one with Val Kilmer in it. The riddler tries so hard to kill batman and fails, at the end he is in a pysc ward. Bullzeye is sitting in his room right now repeating " no more .223 no more .223, go away .223 go away, leave me alone .223, why won't you go away, leave me alone, I hate you .223 go away, cant you see the writings, you suck, go away, please help me the .223's are attacking me and I can't hide, GOD HELP ME!"

    Scott,it`s a little complicated to explain,but most 22 centerfires are .224...legally,I can hunt in Virginia with a 22 Hornet,or the awesome.218 Bee,which is a 224...as is the .223,and .222 and so on,and so on,and so on.I believe that law states somthing like:No centerfire under .224,which pretty much means no 5-MMs or 17s and stuff..218
