This post is in response to one of our members receiving emails asking him to leave the site!


Good grief this is a forum! Who gives a rats * if their winning a popularity contest! Everyone has the right to express their opinion as long as it is within the guidelines! There are bound to be those that have conflicts and don't get along! That is life people deal with it!!!

Most of the time I try to avoid those that rub me the way! What right does anyone have to email someone and ask them to leave! The only ones that have that power is admin!!! Personally if this happened to me Id post everydamm one of them on here for everybody to read!

Now before everybody gets their shorts in a bunch, Im not siding with anybody, Im just expressing my opinion! This isn't a damm club where you can pick and choose who can participate or whom can't!! Hell I work with people everyday that I can't stand but I have to deal with it!

If ya don't like it here than leave, it's that simple! Don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya!!!

    I have to agree. It seems that no one can say anything anymore without being jumped for thier opinion. Disagree if you will but go easy on the attacks. It is almost to the point that the fun has gone out of this forum. Just my opinion, Don.

    I had one jerk email me with threats and I now have enough info on him to put him UNDER the guard house for a long time. I would never think of doing such a stupid thing. You may do some that way and get by with it but every now and then you will run into someone like me who starts a file and never gives up gathering info until I know more about a person than their own mother. I do nothing with it unless they keep being stupid and then it's katie bar the door. Ask BDJ how far I will go. If a person wants a fight it had better be out in the open. I personally want 7MM to stay but won't beg him to. As for me I'm not going anywhere!

    I think Nunn said it best... disagree if you feel like it, but do it nicely (most of all avoid personal attacks and keep it above the belt).

    Man, I feel left out. I never get any threatening e-mails anymore. Used to get some threats from a certain Pikachu but after bustin' a 187 on his punka$$ that problem's over[;)] Someone send me a threatening e-mail PLEASE! I feel so alone[:o)]

    If it is/was 7MM Nut getting the e-mails asking him to leave then whomever sent them is way out of line. While I'm sure Bubba can take care of himself I'd like to say I have no problem with anything he's ever posted. While I don't always agree I have never thought his opinions were intended to be hurtful to anyone. Some folks just got thin skin I reckon while others think they know what's best for all of us. Give 'em what for Lonnie! You'd be doing the whole board a favor letting us know who the snake /snakes is/are. Kurt

    There's been a few things said here that riled me plenty, but I thought that was what an open forum was for - to learn what others think and why. Just because I don't agree with an opinion doesn't mean that I want to stop it from being expressed. He!! if it wasn't expressed I wouldn't know I needed to argue the point. As to sneaking around and emailing a member to threaten or warn him off, I can only say that sounds like a dirty little coward act. If I get agitated enough to respond it will be right here in public with whatever agitated me. There isn't anyone here that I can see (except some trolls) that have done anything to be threatened or banned for. I have faith in Nunn to keep the peace and enforce the rules. Ain't my job and if it was too distasteful I would go elsewhere. 'Sides I kinda like a fuss now and then ! This is way more info than you folks wanted, I'm sure so I will shut up now.[8D][8D]

    A THREATENING EMAIL? Isn't that like my dad can beat up your dad?

    I have been verbally attacked on a few posts and had one person suggest I can stick up my ... well you know. So what.

    I don't agree with everyone, and I get a riled when someone attacks lawyers as a whole, without taking into consideration their a few of us on here who thought Tom J and Abe L and a few others were not such bad examples to follow. I don't have to be here, none of us do.
