C'mon Guys! They have automated this - it is called a "Web Crawler", or "Net Bot" - every new member who fills out his profile is enrolled on the "List".
And, besides, any gun made since about 2000 has a RFID chip in it - pass any onramp, hospital door, Courtroom Entry point (Any Gov't Building, for that matter), and the RFID will sound off, and you will be met by some large Grim Men. Same with Ammo, and Gun Gear you buy at WalMart.
