i recommend you latch onto a couple of boobys...there are several different kinds out there and rubbing them all over the irritated areas should easily affect a cure...now these boobys are adept at dealing in depth with mainly salt water so seems like this process should be a quick fix....not sure how you catch the boobys of your choice as i have never seen a trap...but don't give up just yet....help could be at your fingertips

Agree with super gluing the cracks back together. Best thing I found in over 20 years of drilling water wells. Alleviated a lot of the pain when gripping tools and such. Bag Balm seemed to stay on longer than other lotions, at least in my application.

I used to have the same problem. Started giving the misses massages with baby oil and my problem was cured. She has problems with leg cramps so I give her a good massage every day and now her leg cramps are much better, my hands are not cracked and sore and our love life is great![:p]

Vanicream. Regular at night every night, Vanicream light during the day, especially after every hand washing or when your hands are in water. Takes a bit to rub in, but I guarantee the results. Walgreens or most pharmacies will have it.

ONE OF MY FAVORITE SCENES OF ALL TIME . . .

BILLY TIM I'm sorry: eighteen-five each is the best offer I can make you.

FRANK playing a bit of a dandy Oh, I understand perfectly. They are beautiful vans. Well, I thank you for your time, Mister...?

BILLY TIM Denham. Billy Tim Denham.

FRANK Yes, Denham, like a jean. (they shake) You know: you have lovely hands -- do you moisturize?

    BILLY TIM I'm sorry?

Frank's not letting go of the man's hand, the object now is to force Billy Tim into lowering his price just to get Frank out of his office.

FRANK I swear by it. I try all sorts of lotions. I went through a fragrance-free period last year, but now I'm liking this new brand fortified with rose hip. My sister, you know, she uses the aloe vera with the sun screen built in...

BILLY TIM just can't get his hand back Uh-huh. You said you'd be willing to pay in cash?

FRANK I did. You know: they say cinnamon is wonderful for your pores. Read that on the internet. And that ideally you should be wearing gloves to bed, but I find that would interfere with my social agenda. Problem is: I get a reaction to camphor so I can't use traditional remedies...

BILLY TIM If you could pay cash, I could probably drop the price a little. To, say, seventeen... (as Frank squeezes a little) ... sixteen each.

FRANK (big smile) That would be lovely.

I use triple lanolin aloe vera. Something I stole form the wife that works well. Between welding flash burns, fifteen degree temperatures and the wind, my hands get like yours on occasion.

I'm also careful what kind of hand soap I use. I've found a mild dish washing soap gets the ground in dirt out, without tearing my hands up too much. Cream first, then wash, then cream again.

If it persists, see a Doctor, this can be an indicator of something much more serious than just dry hands. Fatigue and seriously dry cracked skin on his hands were the first symptoms of my brothers blood disease. If it doesn't heal, it may be something serious.
