No doubt glocks are good guns, as for me I could never quite grasp
the concept of a plastic gun, and the no safety thing is also a - .
It has 3 of them, cannot fire without pulling the trigger, period
I'm not so sure about that, A while back I remember cops where shooting themselves without pulling the trigger... Not to mention tons of civilian mishaps. [xx(]
We have to fight so we can run away.

Perfect example of urban legend right there
1. Trigger safety, it cannot be pulled with out engaging
I do admit its not perfect, and most that have an AD ussualy have disengaged that safety, I personally witnessed an A.D. that went through a guys thigh, he put his trigger at 1.5 pounds and removed the trigger safety
2. Firing pin block, firing pin/striker CANNOT go forward what so ever until the trigger pushes it up similar to colt series 80, and kimber II
3. Sear block, first of all gun is not fully cocked AT ALL, as you pull the trigger the sear is mover to the rear cocking the striker with the assist of a spring
THE SEAR BLOCKS THE FIRING PIN FROM MOVING FORWARD AT ALL TIMES UNTIL THE TRIGGER IS PULLED AND IT BREAKS TO FIRE
other words it is virtually impossible for the gun to fire without pulling the trigger, period, end of story

I know, What I meant to say is that glocks have been involved in a lot of self shootings, yeah sure it will not go off unless it's pulled, I'm sure the victims did not intent to shoot themselves but the did, even PO instructor shot himself, it's a system that gets more unintended pulls than any other. It's really hard to protect people from themselves.

Yes he is an idiot, he pulled the trigger on a loaded gun in a classroom full of children
If anyone wants to hate the gun, by all means hate it all you want, but do it for real factual reasons, even if it is just the color, but dont make stuff up and believe everything you read on a blog, and gun is made in America due to importation laws we all know to well, it has more american parts than a Chevrolet does percentage wise
Comments
It would be worth the effort, IMO, to investigate an American made product as well.
