Well budro me and you have alot in common whether you know it or not. First off I have made some freinds here and some "enemies", I have turned some of those freinds against me with some of my opinions such as my feelings towards narcotics, dope, alcohol, drunk drivers and my slight support of the NICS check. While I am not trying to raise discussion on those beliefs at this moment I just want you to know that I have zero tolerance for alot of things that others do not share the same and I am not totaly against the NICS check as others are. Now these opinions of mine has turned some folks against me, does that bother me? In some ways it does and in some ways it does not because I feel that stating my opinions under my own user name of 7mm nut lets folks know just who I am and where I stand. Some of those who do not like me probably would if they got to know me better but I can just leave it alone since I am not trying to win a popularity contest here.
If I chose to "stir", I do it under this name, if I chose to insult someone I do it under this name, if I chose to have fun I do so under this name, anything I have to say gets said under this name. So when I say we have alot in common what I mean by that is I say what I feel, just as you do without too much care if I offend someone if the topic is something I feel strongly about.
It's like this, my signature that I use by my rock and roll hero fits me just fine and describes the way I feel, after the years on here I see no reason to get a new name and try to undo some of the things I have said and build false freindships, if I cannot make freinds under this name I do not need to make any at all.
Just for you here is a short description of who I am and where I stand,
I am an 80s metal head, I hate country music but also like classical and some big bands.
I love hunting and have no problem with killing animals that I will use myself nor do I have a problem helping farmers cull nuisance deer and dumping them into a pit when that is what is needed to protect their investment.
My intrests in guns revolves around guns used for hunting and my intrests in semi auto are extremly limited however I fully support anyones right to own what they wish.
I am not a self defense nut, I have a ccw issued in PA and FL, carry is limited to having a gun in the vehicle but I almost never holster a gun on my person for protection, I do not feel comfortable carrying.
I do not associate with dopers, have no time for them and wish them all a painfull overdose.
I HATE with utter passion those who drink and drive and support any means to remove them from our roads.
I am a truck driver who feels strongly about some fo the rules/laws imposed on truck drivers suchj as the hours of service and speed/lane laws, I feel they are unfair and do nothing to contribute to safety on the roads and that most of the safety issues are with poorly trained truck drivers AND poorly trained/diciplined car drivers who DO NOT NEED to be on the road.
I voted for Bush, I support Bush, not 100% but I do support him. I don't care for all of his politics but I love his devotion to what he feels is right, he does not play the political wind as Kerry did and I wish Kerry would be hung for treason right along with about 50 other house/senate members.
I am also borderline athiest, I have my reasons for my doubts.
I am me, not someone else, I show you who I am and the things that I feel most strongly about, I do not hide these feelings behind another screen name, I do not post conflicting posts on purpose to contradict what I say although sometimes it appears I do so without realizing it.
I have nothing to hide, do you?
