    ...Good!

10 years isn't squat compared to what the punk will get if he spits on the wrong person in the big house.

quote:his IQ must be about 10,and he desevres the time if he could not wait to get back at the officer.every dog has his day or night, it,s just a matter of waiting for the right time

Wait to "get back at the officer"?

What, like this punk is in some way "entittled" to retaliate against the Officers for doing their job and arresting his sorry criminal butt?
It's the Officers problem that this slime has been "caught" numerous times while/after committing crimes & now caught the big *??

The arresting Officer(s) has far better retraint than I could ever hope to muster, proven by the mere fact the POS spitter was able to make his Court appearance with all his original teeth.

I do agree that some individuals IQ is obviously hovering in the low double or even single digits.

quote:Ten years for that is a fascist penalty from a police state.
Nah, the Facsist State penality would be a quick bullet in the back of the head, he got off light with only 10 years.

    quote:
What if I someday spit on officers who are confiscating my food and guns and I know they are going to give me to the military for indefinate detention?

What if some day I accidentally spit on an Intergalactic Space Trooper after he had stopped my Starship Cruiser and without a warrant OR my consent was checking to see if I was smuggling Fuzzy Warblers?

That is one of the most feather-legged, passive-aggressive acts I have ever known of a human being to admit to. Splashing a kid with muddy water! Why didn't you just sneak up to his house after dark and cut the tires on his bike?

I recall you had a beef against a police officer or two in your town. Since "every dog has his day," have you had yours yet? Did you think up some feather-legged, passive-aggressive scheme to "get back," as you put it?

nunn,i wonder what you would had done if one of your pets was stoned several times a week and thats all i saw, by a minor who just laughed when ask to stop and told his parents he didn,t do it. i would never spit on any body nor would i resist a arrest and i don,t huff any thing. and the trouble i had with the police went way beyond harassment, and if i did why in the world would i admitt it.how about the police officers who keep list of people they think got to uppity with them or beat the charges in court and get other officers to watch them for any reason to harass them, i have seen this first hand also.but all we have here are the perfect police officers who would never stoop that low, if that were only true with all the leo,s. eastbank.

Kids have parents. Parents are responsible. If they choose not to be responsible, I can hold them responsible. But, gee, it might involve actually having to speak with a police officer, and then you might see that he was actually helpful, and that would destroy your bigoted image of all police.

nunn read my post, the young man told his parents he didn,t do it. it was my word against his and with no one else seeing it the police would not do anything, but if it were your pet and being a police officer you would have pepper sprayed him along with tazzing and maybe a billy clubbing to go along with it, and after hauling him in handcuffs to juvi hall your pets would be alright.what i did was painless, cost the taxpayer not one cent and the young man has no record.eastbank.

You are playing a role, right? You can't possibly be as silly and ignorant as you portray yourself to be, can you?

How do you know what I would do?

To start with, for a "kid" to have access to my pets, he would have to come in my house. I don't let my pets run loose.

I will not, and am not allowed to by policy, investigate an offense for which I or a family member is a victim.

I don't know what the heck "tazzing" is, but I assure you I wouldn't do it, whatever it is. Does it have something to do with the "Tasmanian Devil" cartoon character? He is sometimes known as "Taz."

Now, Mr. Mindreader, I have pepper sprayed exactly ONE "kid," ever, and he was coming at me with a knife. Fortunately for all involved, the spray worked. Had it not, my cover would have taken him out.

I haven't seen a "billy club" in over 20 years. It has been about that long since I have seen a sap.

It is not the role of the police to exact punishment, so we don't, contrary to what you seem to believe. I have never used force to punish anyone. We use force to defend ourselves and others, and to overcome resistance. PERIOD.

Now, as to what I would do if I were so irresponsible as to let my pets run free, and if a neighbor kid threw rocks at one of them: First, I would have a chat with the kid's parents. If that didn't do the trick, I would file an Animal Cruelty report with the Sheriff's Office. I would also get photographic or video evidence of the crime and forward that to the investigating officer.

What I would not do is something feather-legged and passive aggressive, such as splashing water on the kid with my car. Take the feather-legged, passive-aggressive aspect out of it, and you have a hazardous maneuver. One has to drive dangerously close to one's target to achieve the desired results. What if the kid steps off the curb at the wrong moment?

"Ooops, Officer! I am very sorry. I didn't mean to run over the kid. I was actually trying to splash him with muddy water because he threw rocks at my cat. He just stepped or slipped off the curb, and it's not my fault, is it?"

Sheesh! I reckon that if I didn't know any more than you do, I would keep it to myself!

WOW spitting on someone carries a 10 year sentence.
I spit on the sidewalk once, that should be good for 5 years at least? No?
I'm just glad hardened criminals like this are no longer on the street!!

you troublemaker you! That spit could have had germs in it! Some kid could have got sick! You should be convicted of a felony!
we need more laws and more people in jail in this country! We have the most people in jail of any country in the world, but that's not enough, we need more! Farting or burping in public should be enough for the death penalty!

Quentin Miller, 28, 300 block of South Louis Street, Plano, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for selling cocaine to undercover officers on two different occasions in September and October of 2010, the Kendall County sheriff's office said Tuesday.

Miller was on probation for a LaSalle County trespassing case when he made the drug sales, prosecutors said.

Miller will have to serve three years probation after he is released from prison.
