My father a WWII veteran and man the whole town loved passed away with his family beside him at the age of 82 last night around 9:30 PM, he had battled cancer for 16 years and fought til the end. I learned everything I know from him and he will be truly missed .
My dad held the FFL since they were issued in the 60's and was an avid gun guy. He fought for his country and was proud to be an American. My mother predeceased him a few years ago and now I am left without my parents. He will be dearly missed ..

We are getting ready to say goodbye to my mother-in-law within the next couple of weeks, so I feel your pain.
By the grace of God, you will carry on your fathers legacy.
I am sorry for his death.
A loss to his Family and to his Country.
May he rest in peace.

to you and your family. I believe they are not gone forever, but
only wait on the other side. In the presence of those they have
known and loved before, and with the Creator. In a better place.
Hope this comforts you. You should be proud of your fathers
service, and I am glad for you.
