Feeling great, having to rein myself in to keep from doing too much.

As far as the pic goes, did you not see the copyright I attached to that email?

You have a great view. Were you able to pick up the camera, or did your wife have to take the picture?[:D] Glad you're on the road to recovery!

The whole spread is excellent, Matt. The home is deceiving in size from the pictures; fantastic great rooms. Your guest bedroom is bigger than my first floor!

For now, we content ourselves with weekly walks in nearby County/State parks [Ridley state Park, 2600 acres], and an arboretum. One of the oldest arboreta in the United States, Tyler Arboretum encompasses 650 acres of renowned plant collections, champion trees, historic buildings, and 20 miles of hiking trails through woodlands, wetlands, and meadows.

While the sizes of these spreads are a postage stamp compared to the ranch & park lands adjacent to our previous residence, it is better than the asphalt of Philadelphia.

In 10~18 months, we'll be ready to purchase a SFH on an acre and a half. Perhaps even 10+.

Looks nice Mateo. I'm willing to bet there's some descent Bass swimming around that pond. Since we're both in Texas, let me know if you need some help reducing their population.[;)]

Tambourines and elephants are playing in the band.
Wont you take a ride on the flyin spoon?

    Wondrous apparition provided by magician.

Glad to see you feeling so well. I agree, I hope you get the roof fixed on that old barn soon. Love them barns and hate to see them deteriorate.
