This was yesterday evening from my back deck.

That's Salt Pond Mt. in the back ground.
Mountain Lake Hotel is up there, where part of
the movie "Dirty Dancing" was filmed.
For now, we content ourselves with weekly walks in nearby County/State parks [Ridley state Park, 2600 acres], and an arboretum. One of the oldest arboreta in the United States, Tyler Arboretum encompasses 650 acres of renowned plant collections, champion trees, historic buildings, and 20 miles of hiking trails through woodlands, wetlands, and meadows.
While the sizes of these spreads are a postage stamp compared to the ranch & park lands adjacent to our previous residence, it is better than the asphalt of Philadelphia.
In 10~18 months, we'll be ready to purchase a SFH on an acre and a half. Perhaps even 10+.
