I traded for 4 (Romanian AK47, CZ75B with 2 16 round mags 1 10 round mag and 2 30 round mags, Smith 3913 2 mags and a holster, Ruger Super Blackhawk 44 mag) all of which I liked but none were as fun as the only one I actually paid for.
Pink .22 Cricket I bought for my daughter was far and away the most fun with the biggest grins.

this one wins the "most fun to shoot" CAI Sterling 9mm Carbine.
Accurate, with a surprisingly good trigger
I'd lost intrest in the AR over the last few years in lieu of SiG-556's ... but in this last year I've been wanting something with a bit more thump, but not as much as a 308 ... and cheap to shoot. This one started out on a flat-top receiver but couldn't get the sights to line up ... best I could get was at 100 was 4-5" high ... got the tallest sight post I could find and if it were any taller it would be above the side-ears so I swithched it out to a fixed handle and now its all good with a .040 over standard post ... its been a fun project.
If you really desire something, you'll find a way ?
? otherwise, you'll find an excuse.
