Did anyone else notice Melania's protective detail member seems to have a fake right arm?? Hmmmm wonder what is under the coat? A FN P90 perhaps.

I don't care how bad * he would be, I can not imagine that a one armed agent would be placed in a primary protective role. They're some jobs that require no handicaps, and protecting the first family would have to be one of them.

I've been looking at different videos and he is holding that "fake" hand the entire time.

I did notice the somewhat odd looking appendage on this particular agent. I thought it looked somewhat like an Old West quick draw pose but the whole right side of the body seems "puffy".

I did indeed notice that guy holding his finger the whole time. Spotted it right off.

Never occurred to me it was a fake arm.

I honestly think it's cause his right arm was holding some kind of pdw or carbine.

The one walking closest to President Trump (damn, it feels good to type that!) had a seriously convex chestal area, like a turtle's back.
Guess those Level 9 plates are kinda stiff.

Maybe he had gas and couldn't get anyone to pull his finger?

I had the children's version when I was a kid. Sixfinger by Topper Toys. It shot a projectile via a spring and you could replace the projectile with a pen!

I don't think the grown up version would be so harmless [:)]

The SS continued to use UZI 9mm's long after the rest of the security folks switched to the HK MP5. They used a custom leather holster for the right side, as the UZI is heavy & bulky.

Haven't heard what they are carrying now; they tend not to give interviews.

I love a good internet story as much as the next guy - but

at 1:25 you see him move the thumb (Of course, I suppose it "could" be a robotic thumb. [;)])

Another question: Does the young lady on his right carry his extra magazines? She is holding her coat open looking like she is ready to reach inside and grab "something".

Also, I never did see him let loose of his right hand little finger. It must be some kind of "situational awareness" thing.

In this case I think he might just break his own 'arm' off and beat you with it!

I imagine it is like cops with having an interview stance. He is in a state of alertness, likely maintaining his gun hand open and prepared to pull back his coat.

At the very beginning of this video there is a different agent, also with a fake looking hand, holding the index finger. I can only guess they have something lethal in their real hand under the coat.

Whilst watching the Service at the National Cathedral this Saturday Morning, I think the same Agent was seated Third Row behind our New President. The Agent maintained a very nearly identical pose while standing, and a similar pose when shown seated. But, at one point, He did move and change position with a naturally moving arm and hand.

Curious that in one of the pics posted above, there was another agent (in foreground) in the same pose. Maybe a Stance that is proven to give rapid access to hidden item?

I have no way to be sure, but I would not be one bit surprised to learn it's exactly what we suppose. With all the threats going around, the SS wouldn't want to waste even one second making a draw. He's got his heavy hitter already in hand and ready to light somebody up. So does the guy half out of the frame on Trump's side of the vehicle. The fake hand is likely sewn to the coat, and the left hand is just holding the coat closed to keep wind from exposing the "little buddy" beneath.
    I may be a bit crazy - but I didn't drive myself.

I didn't notice the hand but I did notice that some SS wore long coats and others wore just average length ones. Wonder which ones were carrying the rifles.
It's too late for me, save yourself.

don't know why they bother with concealment, just walk around open carry with all their hardware and be done with it! could probably carry more anyway. scoped rifle slung over the shoulder, AR15 on a sling, glock/grenades/walkie talkies on a vest, etc. why hide it?

then they would have to rename the entire organization [:D]

i myself do not believe it is a fake hand , it moves and so does the arm at 2:40 , i watched it live and they all held arms still in one fashion or another, and each time the motorcade stopped they all grabbed their coats by the lapel in almost syncronis order, even the female

It is still a secret, if we know about it? [:D]
