During the inauguration I commented to my wife about all those heavy bulging overcoats the SS guys were wearing. I told her many of them had some kind of SMG hidden much like the agent who popped out an Uzi when Reagan was shot.
That guy with the fake arm probably has his right hand on an SMG and his finger on the safety to cut down lag time in the event of an attack.
My son's father in law is ex SS having served among others Reagan,Bill & Hillary,Laura Bush..BTW he always said Bill was not such a bad sort but Hillary was indeed a Bhitch, Laura was a class act from day one.... as for weapons he is quick to tell you ," John Q. Public is aware of only about 33% of what we used on any given day". He often chuckles at my guesses but adds it is not the agents you see on the ground near cars, etc....whom take the first shots as a matter of fact they train for exposing their own body for protection until the first shots have been fired.
