    Good DEAL! Hey, I was a badge carryin', gun totin', Navy Blue uniform wearin' PO-lice officer (armorer, FTO, Chief, Investigator, etc...) for 30 years... Got OUT and started an operator position in a small town and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! ZERO stress, 'fair' pay, GREAT benefits and did I mention, ZERO STRESS??!!! I get filthy, dirt every day, work on equipment, run it, hand shovel, slop poop, hang drywall, change light bulbs, freeze, sweat, laugh, cuss, it's friggin' AWESOME! You MIGHT just never EVER wanna go BACK to the other career. Keep an open mind and enjoy the 'break'... I wient in for 'part-time' and came out 'full-time', so you never know! Again,

    My wife has applied for and interviewed for quite a few jobs over the past 4-5 years. It is quite frustrating for her not getting any traction. She has a good paying job, is just miserable at it. Anyways just keep plugging away, something has to stick eventually.
