If someone's showing signs of a heart attack, do you stress them out further by crowding them?

There are probably forms of restraint appropriate to people who are reporting and showing cardiopulmonary distress.
If someone's showing signs of a heart attack or other form of distress, do you not only stay completely in their face but restrain them by pressing their chest into the ground with your knee?
Was it just really dumb or were they trying to cause panic to worsen what may have been a mild heart attack?
When Floyd said "I can't breathe" a dozen times and said he had claustrophobia, he may have been just trying to tell what cardiopulmonary distress feels like.

Well if you cov-19 virus and with heart problems with fentanyl in your system and out breaking the law then you, yourself are causing a lot of reasons why you died. One more thing added by having a neck restraint was not the total cause of his demise.

The FBI asked the Armed Forces Medical Examiner to review Baker's autopsy and they agreed with his findings, writing "his death was caused by the police subdual and restraint" with cardiovascular disease and drug intoxication contributing."

George Floyd, who died while being restrained by Minneapolis police on May 25, tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, according to the medical examiner’s report released on Wednesday. The coronavirus didn’t affect his death, according to the report.
But do you set out to worsen an apparent heart attack?
Gosh in the army you must be physical fit to wage war so if your a criminal set out to break the law could you expect physical restraint at some point if you resist in any way while breaking the law?
He was asking for trouble while living with too many health and drug problems. He even had sickle cell disease. Now maybe a free healthcare plan might have help him but that's hindsight logic and foresight logic is more effective. He lacked the knowledge to survive in a chaotic world, Some of his problems was self induced is all I am saying.
I can't prevent dying in a plane crash but breaking the law and chancing a tussle with the law is another matter.

No matter how much time Chauvin gets, they will still riot.
City of Minneapolis just settled with the family for $27million. That's a lot of fentanyl🤑
I am so tired of overblown exaggerated outrage just so some can profit. Whether it is the 27 million dollar settlement, rioting and looting, political gains or increased entitlements this fake outrage has gotten way out of hand. He was a drug using thug that was living on borrowed time. He didn't deserve to die while in custody but if they had based the settlement on his past record, it should have been about a buck and a half. Bob
Progressive Democrats have the votes but I think with all the spending on socialism and open borders with Mexico that is going to back fire on moderates In their party sooner than later. The Fed double speak on Interest rates will be the rotten apple in their barrel of giveaways with unlimited power of congress with spending with no buyers of cheap debt anymore very soon, If they keep monetizing it then a devaluation of the dollar would their next big headache.
Drug cartels are also going to spread into The USA big time, random violence In Houston Texas with progressive judges giving countless free bonds is so bad The HPD Chief of police bailed out to Miami for more money and less hassles. Floods, hurricanes and power outages is killing the luster of the city.
i would love to move but being a lower middle class family I can't afford it. It's a minority city soon to explode as the stimulus plays out for them.

They over-reached with the 2nd degree murder charge, setting the stage for an acquittal. While re-instating the 3rd degree charge, they will most likely get a conviction on something, it will never be enough for the social justice whoriors.
This was a personal thing between Chavin and Floyd. They had a history. It has never had anything to do with institutional racism, and even the idiots marching in the street know this. The BLM marches and the Antifa/BLM riots are nothing more than an obvious power-play and an obvious intimidation of authority play.
A frozen water bottle thrown at a police officer is a deadly weapon and response in kind should be an option that is made available to officers put in the line of fire.

From Hillreporter.com:
"Chauvin served as security for 17 years, and Floyd was a bouncer through 2019. Maya Santamaria, who owned the club at the time, says it’s possible they didn’t know each other, but for a full year, the two worked related jobs at the same club.
While Chauvin’s work would have been outside, and Floyd would have worked security inside the building, Santamaria says they would have been at work during the same hours."
So it may have been personal or they may have had very little contact.
