I was talking to a guy whose son is a member of the Washington National Guard. The Guardsman was slated to deploy to Argentina for a year, I think. Plans were changed, and now they are deploying to Poland for a year. Strange set of circumstances to me, sup with that?

Maybe the Governor doesn't want the NG at home to interfere with "future plans". On the other hand, it's not like the entire state NG is leaving.
