Trump is our only hope

he's the only one paying for his own campaign, while the rest of them suck money out of the system and use OP's money or bank loans, they never have to pay back.

the current crop of kids getting out of high school locally here are having 2nd thoughts about joining the US armed forces, because of the lying, cheating, villainous, scoundrels we have in office today, such as Obama, Harry Reid, Hillary Clinton. Who wants to join the Army and take orders from Obama, while he takes away US citizens' gun rights ? parents are advising kids NOT to join until after the election, in the hopes Trump will win.

he will restore decency and respect to the office. if he doesn't win, there's going to be an outflux of people to Alaska, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. America won't be worth living in anymore, 8 years of Hillary would enslave us all, we'll end up a modern version of Nazi Germany.

Trump is a modern day Washington or Lincoln. people are just too distracted or stupid to realize it. He could live the rest of his life enjoying his billions $$ in the lap of luxury- instead he is running for office, spending millions $$, to make this country better and restore it for our kids and grandkids.

Obama did a hit number on the USA, defiled it, and is laughing about it now, that he screwed us all, and got over on "whitey" for some age old racial grudge. Trump realizes this and wants to set things straight.

Fox News has given Trump more positive press than any other network.

Trump stated that Fox is against him.

    Trump lied.

Most people dislike Trump because of his success...and his pompous attitude...just like Cassius Clay!...but if you can do it, it ain't braggin!...I see no one that is any better than him...Would I vote for anyone else? Sure, if they could do a better job..Bernie Sanders will be your new POTUS!...Why? because we have become a socialist nation...

It is refreshing that a .1%er would pay for his own campaign. He is the American dream, to become a Billionaire with a mere $30,000,000 from his father. He also helps feed the self righteous indignation over campaign financing while removing any need to put their money where their mouth is.

What candidate has/or had loans that they never have to pay back (please include bankruptcies) ?

Witch Trump are you supporting, the one that supported the assault weapon ban or the one that now opposes it?

Voted for a good and decent man in 1976, BOY WAS I WRONG.

I am not sure about Lincoln but I do not believe Washington supported the use of eminent domain for private profit, or buying a seat at the table (or at least the appearance) with campaign contributions

Now even with all that I would still vote for The Donald over ANY breathing Democrat.

You might need to check facts:

While Donald Trump did inherit wealth from his father, he is personally responsible for accumulating the great bulk of his fortune. Trump's father built affordable rental housing, mostly in Brooklyn and Queens in New York City. He had a net wealth estimated at between $250 million and $400 million at the time of his death, but his four surviving children were heirs.

By 2011, Donald Trump's business dealings had boosted his fortune to $2.4 billion, according to Forbes. One estimate now places his worth at $4.1 billion, although another maintains that it is as high as $7 billion.

While I wish wealth, good health and happiness for Donald Trump, the fact remains he is a self promoting narcissist. I believe when the best interest of the United States coincides with the best interest of Donald Trump he will do what is best for the United States. I believe when the interests differ he will do what is best for Donald Trump. I don't trust him. Not because he's rich, but because being rich is so important to him. He has sued people for understating his wealth.

Nuts, I can't find the reference to the "$30 million seed money from his father". I saw it just this morning. I will not denounce the vast fortune he has, he did build that. Or the merits of many of his projects. I oppose the use of eminent domain for private profit, and Trump supports it.

weather he received $30 form his father or inherited 1/4 of $250~$400M isn't really very important. It's the blinders that many of his supports wear.

I am starting to embrace the position of total abandonment of facts when dealing with drive by accusers, regardless of who the support, and engage them on their own level. Blogs are not news sources, they are opinions.

Yes, Mr Trump does repeatedly make the claim that his campaign is self-funded. The one fly in the ointment is that, like many of his claims, it is not true. This quarter, the campaign received 73,942 "unsolicited donations" totaling about $3.7 million, according to a release from the campaign. That accounts for most of the $5.8 million the campaign has taken in to date.

What Trump supporters are too distracted or stupid to realize is that he's running for president, spending millions, to live in the lap of luxury at taxpayers' expense, while wrapping himself in the trappings of the most powerful individual on earth, while stealing back ten times what he spent to be elected.
