Looks dire For President Trump! Flynn cop a plead and is turning state evidence today! It's really coming down to this chaos in the government while the wolves outside lick their chops and wait to see America Crash and burn!

The deficit is over 20 trillion and The stopgap kicking the can down the road budget is in jeopardy! A helluva of state affairs in This Chaotic clown's show in Wahington D.C.

The actual House vote will likely only be a procedural vote, but it will still serve as the first referendum in Congress to impeach Trump. It comes when Trump has spent less than 11 months in office.

"Next week, there will be a vote to impeach," Green announced in a House floor speech.

On December 1, 2017, special counsel Robert Mueller agreed to a plea bargain where Flynn pleaded guilty to "willfully and knowingly" making "false, fictitious and fraudulent statements" to the FBI regarding conversations with Russia's ambassador. Specifically, Flynn is accused of falsely claiming that he had not asked Russia's ambassador to the United States Sergey Kislyak on December 29, 2016, "to refrain from escalating the situation in response to sanctions that the United States had imposed against Russia that same day."[119] Flynn pled guilty the same day and acknowledged that he was cooperating with the investigation by Mueller.[120] Flynn stated

The records say that a ?very senior member of the Presidential Transition Team? directed Flynn to contact officials from foreign governments, including Russia, about the U.N. resolution on Israel. That official is also not named, but people familiar with the matter said it refers to Kushner. According to one transition team official, Kushner told Flynn that blocking the resolution was a top priority of the president-elect.

Its SOP for transition teams to hit the ground running...to assure a smooth transition....there is very little reporting of the other dozen or so countries that Trump's transition teams also contacted.

    Just those rascally Ruskies...

Numerous "Articles of Impeachment" have been filed by lunatic liberal Democrats in Congress and none have any meaning. They do this to make a statement and hit up their donors with fundraising letters. Not that the moronic Democraps don't want to impeach Trump, but as of right now there are no legal grounds to do so.

The Flynn conviction is more proof of what a lame case they have against Trump. He wasn't convicted of conniving with the Russians, because, what he was doing was not illegal.
They got him on a CS charge of lying to the FBI.

The Feds sit you down for a dozen three-hour interviews over three months, talking about stuff that happened a year ago, you contradict yourself one time, you are guilty of lying to the FBI.

When we have FBI directors admitting that they leaked to the New York Times, if any evidence had been dug up about Trump illegally colluding with Russkies to screw over Hillary, it would have been leaked out immediately. They got nothing against Trump or we would already know about it.

I watched NBC News with Lester Holt last night at 6:30, they spent the opening ten minutes on this story, they were so excited, as though they finally "got Trump" that you expected the next reporter to say "Trump has been arrested and will be tried tomorrow for treason." Sorry, not gonna happen.

While Fed Chair Janet Yellen has a track record of adequately preparing markets for any policy shifts, her term expires next year. A new Fed leader may not be so successful at gently easing Wall Street into tighter lending conditions. Right now, bond traders are complacent about how easy it'll be to allow the Fed to unwind its historically bloated books. It's easy to see how they could be in for an unpleasant surprise.

Unfortunately, we don't get to decide nor know all the facts yet and Obama and Trump are just two sides of the same coin so if your really smart folks are that oblivious so be it. And you are showing ignorance here not me.

The fact of bringing impeachment proceedings to Congress more & more frequently here In The USA should tell you something about the state of affairs in government along with a simple majority to pass very important Congressional laws with vice president breaking the impass should ring some bells also!

    serf

    https://www.cbsnews.com/news/why-is-a-simple-majority-usually-not-enough-to-pass-a-bill-in-the-senate/

However, that has been eroding. Back in 2013, Democrats, who at the time controlled the Senate, were so frustrated by the slow pace of confirmation of then-President Obama's nominees that they pulled the trigger on what was known as the "nuclear option." This essentially changed the rules in the Senate and busted the 60-vote threshold down to a simple majority of 51 votes for presidential nominees only.

Fast-forward to 2017, when Republicans chipped a little more away from the 60-vote requirement when they said that Supreme Court nominees would also only need 51 votes to be confirmed.

So things have been changing, yes. But even if that rule were changed to apply broadly to legislation, it would make no difference in the current situation facing Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. They have already been using a 51-vote rule -- in this case, the budget procedure known as "reconciliation" -- to try to get their Obamacare repeal bill passed. Under this rule, they're limited to what they can keep in and what they can leave out. The rule only allows Republicans to touch Obamacare's budget-related provisions, not its regulations. The bill would repeal all of Obamacare's subsidies, taxes, and penalties for those who don't buy insurance, but keeps in place Obamacare's rules about what insurers must cover.

Even with that rule in place, Republicans have been unable to reach the bare majority they need to pass the legislation. Even within their own party, there are divisions, and with a slim 52-48 majority, McConnell has only been allowed to lose two votes before the measure fails. They need near-unanimity if they want to get something done without Democratic support.

    http://www.cnn.com/2017/12/01/politics/senate-tax-bill-vote-uncertainty/index.html

    yea51 Republicans
nay49 Democrats tie-breaking vote from Vice President Mike Pence!

Obamacare passed without a single Republican vote just like the tax bill in 2017

Flynn was fired for LYING to the TRUMP administration AFTER Trump was elected.

So they both may be crooks Hillary & Trump? You see we get the best money can buy in here in America with The Super_Pacs. The Blind leading the deaf is about all we can vote for now here in America.

The country's democratic system is in shambles and rotten to the core now in my opinion.A perfect Polarity split right down the middle sharing the guilt of a rudderless listing ship taking on water.

Gen Flynn can't be too bright. He claims that he is now broke, having spent $1 million on legal fees. Now, I might spend that much if I were certain that I could get out of a mess, I sure wouldn't pay that much & come up a loser!

He flew to the Middle East to have meetings with Egyptians, Saudis, & Russians? That was not only stupid, he violated DOD rules that required permission for foreign travel by those what have, or have had, high level security clearance. And, then he lied about it?

He should have used the same excuse as the Unindicted Conspirator when questioned by the FBI: "I don't recall." Or, Brian Pagliano's excuse: "On advice of counsel, I invoke my 5th Amendment right."

Sessions, despite having a stunning history of racist behaviors, knows the law.

And I believe he believes in America. Using his office to prosecute political enemies isn?t the way we do things here. Putin would. Sessions, I believe, won?t.
