I have been saying, 'There are only two types of people in my world, Traditionalists and progressives'. Arnnie is a progressive, always has been and always will be.[xx(]
Rather those that belive in the constitution as written, and those that don't.
There are alot of folks that play off they are of the former, but are really the latter.
There are ways around almost anything.
True, by why all the unnecessary jumping through hoops for a RIGHT? Shall not be infringed is pretty clear to me. A gun with no ammo is a really expensive club. I really agree with Heinlein- "An armed society is a polite society".
Not always!!![V]

For those who are interested, here is a link to the text of ab962. Nothing in the bill mentions reloading that I can see. However don`t be shocked if that comes up as an amendment to the bill in the future.Just think about it, no bullets, no brass, no primers, no powder, no reloads= not good. Also there is a bill in the works to repeal ab962 ( AB1663). Wake up Calif!!!!!!

Unfortunately this bill (AB1663) failed to pass the Public Safety Committee on March 23rd.
