The NRA for many years...in my opinion...has worked with the government to cram gun control down our throat. I believe them to be a deadly enemy to gun rights.

    Sorta like this:

Fedgov; "We want some more gun control..say 8 on a scale of ten"

NRA: "Ummm..based on our knowledge of gun owners..that may cause civil insurection at this juncture..perhaps '5' might be better."

Fedgov; "Ok..6 it is. Next week we will be around for the next round.."

20,000 gun laws..and a culture teaching that gun owners are evil people..the entire power structure has turned their hand against the idividual and his rights. Answer your own questions with clear, cold logic..leave the warm fuzzy emotions for women and eunuchs.

Please understand this....No violent action from people who believe in freedom will aid the cause of freedom. Americans, even the brain-dead, are far different people then the rest of the world. They will not be stampeded into action by 'terrorist' acts.

No...the ONLY way to stir enough people to get off the couch is for the government ITSELF to enact draconium laws..thru a process of wanting more control over the people.

We do ourselves a disservice by merely slowing down the process of corruption in government. Most adults today know little of freedom...and their children know only the propaganda force-fed them by the brain destroying fedgov propaganda camps...aka public schools.

The last generation having any possibility of restoring any sembalance of the Constitution or freedom in America is walking the ground today.

Short answer ? No..I dodn't believe we cam look for anything more then temporary relief from any agency you mentioned..nor any other not mentioned.

Glad to see some like minded people posting.

We are way past half way to a tyranny. A Private Enterprise controls our entire money system. Our debt nearly matches GDP. The two political parties created a bureacracy so that no other political party could ever compete for offices. Corporate America was empowered to control Congress via political donations/bribes. Illegal Immigrants have more power than us citizens. Judges use foreign law to decide ours and ignore our constitution.

Speaking of our Constitution and Amendments....they are both worthless pieces of paper now. Not ONE of it's guaranteed inaliable rights still stands today.

There are absolutely no State Militia's in existance. The Guard is now 100% controlled Federally.

Is anyone here a Constitutionalist? We all should be.

Red- It ain't over yet. We still hang on, by a thread, to our rights, but it's coming fast and the day they are gone will be Armageddon. As far as the Constitution goes, it is as strong as it ever was, we have to get people into office in this government who will not allow the blatant disregard for her laws of civil rights. The militia are we, it is still in the law that we make up the militia and since the govt. federalized the National Guard the claim can't be made that they are it.

Much more to come in time.

This I will fly until JOEY returns!

    Red223;
Indeed you are right about "Constitutionalist".

The Constitution is a balance point between the two extremes..the Left (Clinton..Socialist/Communist ) and the Right (Bush..Fascist)

One should be proud to call themselves a Constitutionalist..and deeply ashamed to be a Democrat/Republican.

The Constitution is supposed to be the supreme law of the land and even the official rhetoric still supports this.

What needs to be looked at are the various interpretations that have presented themselves as law. They necessarily need to be looked at for internal fallacies that truly only make them law by analogy. Sometimes things become laws because they "sound" good. It doesn't mean that the judgement itself is "sound".

By laws by analogy, I am really talking about laws that are predicated on "fears", "feelings", "sentiments" and the like. The rhetoric can indeed make them seem law like, but they end up being mere shadows of law, upon analysis.

A law founded firmly upon the second amendment can only support, not weaken the amendment to be a true law.

The duty to preserve one's self ought never be denied.
