I'm about to put a Pork loin in the smoker, first time trying a loin, other half gonna make potato salad and will make some garlic bread, gonna get it started and have a beer.
Last nites meal at the Boars Nest aka the slick rock eating meeting association was picnic ham with homemade mashed taters . The taters were in the ground until a few hours before suppertime . Fresh green beans .Dessert was a homemade pineapple cake .
Been having some dental issues of late and been waiting for the past 5 weeks to get in to the dentist. Got the infection under control and had my first visit which was just a preliminary check up. The estimated costs of what I need will put a cabosh on my future grocery spending. 😖 Won't do my firearm acquisition list any good either!
