Can you spare a prayer for my dog? Final Update...
I'm so sorry.....he won the pet lottery when you got him, I'm sure. Our fur-babies are as much a part of our family as our kids are, so I understand how devastating it is to lose one of your pets. That is a sweet picture for sure.
It's being willing. I found out early that most men, regardless of cause or need, aren't willing. They blink an eye or draw a breath before they pull the trigger. I won't. ~ J.B. Books
Sorry to hear that Steve, it's always a tough loss to lose a good animal, sometimes even harder than people. It's amazing how pets just seem to fill that space that people can't, guess that's why God made them for us. If it's any consolation, Thor will have plenty of good friends to run around with up there. I heard that there are fire hydrants on every corner, plenty of beds to sleep on and the ice cream man comes by every day with dog treats......
Oh wow. So sorry to hear this. I bet it feels like your heart was ripped out. Prayers for you and your wife. We will have to have a meal together again soon.
Some will die in hot pursuit
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Some will die in hot pursuit
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain

I honestly didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
Been plenty of cryin' so I guess I'll try to chuckle about it.
I sure appreciate everyone for their caring. You're a good bunch.
You loved him well. You were both blessed to belong to each other.
I am sorry for your loss. I have had several dogs and know the sorrow that you feel. Just remember all the good times and cherish those memories.
Sorry for your loss. It will get easier with time.
