C&R?
Can a C&R lincensee in the state of CT receive C&R eligible handguns or are they precluded under the state law of CT?
Thanks,
Wuchak
Thank you for your time.

Anybody know offhand if I can just send it in and get it renewed, or do I have to start over?
Thanks...

i have a C&R .
I know your not to use it for business,
if I decide to sell a C&R gun I had bought before my license can I send it to someone that has a C&R. or would it be better to just use an FFL for this sell
Also do I have to log my OLDER C&R guns into a the log now that I have a C&R.[?]

EDIT: A C&R licensee can dispose of a C&R firearm in interstate commerce only if the buyer is also a C&R licensee (that is the same privilege that a non-licensee has). See ATF P5300.11 page 51.
I concur with rufe-snow; see the same page. Anyone using a C&R as a cover for being the business of buying & selling firearms risks federal felony charges.
No, but they have always had at least one inappropriate question on the C&R application form. The C&R license is to be used only when acquiring a C&R firearm, so a question about sales was obviously intended to apply to 03 dealers, not C&R licensees.

Why would it not apply to C&R holders? You can legally buy and sell on GB with a C&R license if it fits in the use of the license....
These kind of trick questions IMHO. Give the feds leverage, if they want to go after you for selling. Multiple C & R's on the auctions. Over and above what a collector, would normally expect to sell.
or purchased a C&R on the internet you better answer YES if you did so or may have done so but forgotten for sure.
It's the SELLING that could be problematic if "overdone".
