Is they're anything that helps to thicken it up again?
Too many years in the Desert Sun has taken it's toll.

Wrong! You can't catch them little Democrats to see if they bleed! They swing and run![:D]
That's a good and bad thing.
Mechanix and rubber gloves help.

I've heard that GunBroker General Discussion will thicken your skin pretty good [;)]

Me, too. I used to wear leather gloves all the time but Arthur is persistent and my knuckles don't enjoy the pressure from leather gloves. Now, I use the nylon back/leather palm gloves ($4 on sale at Menards). Go through a pair a month but they save me all sorts of nicks, scrapes, and tears when doing chores, tying up a little fence, or daily mechanic work. This type of glove won't replace good leather fencing gloves but sure help during daily farm work.
When your job involves meeting people and shaking hands, gouged scabby hands are a bummer.

That stuffs the cat's meow for dry, chapped hands. I also use it for the callus that develops on my left heel.
I thought I read, the Desert Sun makes you a troll.

As a side note, I've seen many kalifornia beach girls from the 60's - 70's that look like raisins now.

Funny you said that- I went to my wife's 40th HS reunion We live in the Surf City of Santa Cruz CA. The Copper Tone Girls do like raisins now. Luck- My wife knew better.

Slowly, put down the pipe, and put your hands on the hood!
I blame it mostly on the blood thinners from '14-'15; they never seem to leave your system.
I tried that fake skin spray before weeding the garden, didn't help at all.
The only "good" thing is that NOW, ya don't feel it until you look down and see a trickle.

If there is, I haven't found it yet and my Dermatologist doesn't know about it; I've tried most of the suggested stuff! If I just barely bump my lower arms, it results in a bruise!
cut down on the aspirin...[:o)]
I take vitamin E and fish oil daily and have a significant improvement in my skin flexibility. It doesn't hurt else where either.
You know, that may be something to think about.
I fried my hand and wrist years ago while opening a radiator cap. 1st 2nd and 3rd burns on my wrist and forearm. A friend suggested that I open up and pour vitamin E on it. To this day, you can barely see any scaring from it. And it killed the pain.

Ice, E, and Aloe.
My mother in law swears mustad helps... The tumeric in it may, but the vinegar surely would not.
