Re: Big 3 UAW strike
WAY BACK unions were a great necessity. As time went on the criminal element got really involved. Seems since that time unions have been very demanding and not reasonable to deal with🤔
Re: Looking for opinions.
He's just trying to keep from losing his a__ but I don't like the idea either, one would think that the seller would start off with the beginning minimum bid being a number he could live with and let it ride. I don't see how raising the minimum would stimulate more interest if there was none at a lower minimum but "his gun, his prices" is spot on and you did have a chance to bid on it with the original, lower minimum.
However, to answer your question, No, I wouldn't deal with someone that did that, I'd just keep on looking.
Re: Big 3 UAW strike
I bailed out of a Union mainly because they always throwed their support to the people that I would not vote for and my union dues were just going somewhere (to a unknow place) and I needed that money I was wasting for groceries and kids in school.
I figured out how to take care of myself and not hide behind a Union or have a Union speak for me.
Unions are listening to a supporting Brandon and Brandon is with them, telling them what they WANT TO HEAR just to get their vote.
But It's going to backfire on all. (the workers and Brandon) All them Auto employees are not going to be needed when Brandon does away with them fossil fueled vec's and brings on the EV's.
China will most likely make most of the EV's for the USA. (due to Brandonomics.
They can't seem to see the forest for the trees.
I'm about to start a policy where I ONLY ship ammo to FFLs....crazy delivery drivers!!!
I get direct signature on my boxes that are delivered to houses.....no matter what I'm shipping.
The direct signature is supposed to be ONLY a resident of that address, not a neighbor or such.
I've got a box that has a "signature" but the buyer says he didn't get the package.
The signature is not his name, but a part of his first name and then his first name.
I've got the trace in the works and I'll start the claim for the insurance.....but they'll deny it, they do every time.
Its just NUTS these days....everything is ordered online and delivered, they pay these guys a pretty decent wage from what I understand.
You would THINK they could get a few decent delivery people SOMEWHERE.
I'd ship everything if I could find a company that actually cared to do this silly little job without any drama.
Don't poke the boxes with a forklift....don't drop them out of moving cars....don't sign a ficticious name and toss it in the woods.....don't leave things by the road.....don't lay the cardboard box down in the rain.....don't put it on your truck and then scan that you made a delivery attempt without even trying....don't smoke pot in the truck while doing your route....don't have your friend and some kids in the vehicle with you while doing your route....don't deliver an empty box....don't say the dogs in the fence (that cannot get to you) kept you from being able to deliver the package....don't deliver a twisted wreck of a box, wrapped in plastic wrap and tell me the insurance is denied......
ALL of this has happened to us....and more.
ALL delivery companies can kiss my rump.
The other collection
Started when I was a smoker I would usually get a Zippo for Christmas from there it kind of took off
This is about 1/2 of the collection
Re: Did I hear the whitehouse closed our border?
I think they said: We have a closed mind when it comes to the boarder.
Re: Looks to me like Ms. Boebert is simply a fun date
That fella has a tiger by the tail.
Re: Do your dogs beg at the kitchen table??
No, she just sits and waits for it to fall.
A Beast in the Garden
This guy was eating a tomato plant today. I'm glad he is just 2 inches long. If he was ten feet long
I'd have to get out the .50 Hawken.
