Re: Looks like President Elect Trump will need to find a new AG
New pick is former Florida AG, Pam Bondi
Re: Revolvers
Somewhere in a safe is my 586 from the same time period. I think there is still a recall on it, but I've never bothered to send it in. Mine is stock, but I had no problems shooting PPC and the occasional bowling pin match with it back then. I guess since it worked o.k., I just decided to leave well enough alone. Some day, someone else can deal with the recall if they so choose. Bob

She is going be a corrupt DOJ's worst nightmare.
I do believe the next few years are going to be a lot of fun.
Re: Bourbon
Jeffersons Ocean is a bourbon with a story. They are up to 28 voyages that I know of at the moment. Delicious and different. Won't break the bank at around $100 per bottle. Jeffersons has a wide selection to choose from of bourbons and rye whiskeys. You could build a set of the various bourbon offerings for him to choose from when he makes a trip to his bar.
Re: Bourbon
Booker's if you can find it. will make a fine gift to someone who appreciates a good bourbon. runs about $120 to 140 a bottle.
Re: Bourbon
Geeze, guess that makes me a down on my luck drunk as I like Four Roses. I think it's overlooked and find it extremely close to Woodfords Reserve.
Re: Revolvers
Love my ol' revolvers.........
One of my first, is this S&W 586....…that I set up for double-action (PPC style) shooting.
The early 1980's were fun times..........😉
Re: Revolvers
First revolver I ever owned was a H&R 32 cal. I had saved up money mowing lawns and had dad buy it for me when I was 14 years old, I think I payed $10 for it. The first real revolver that I owned that had merit was a S&W model 19 in 1972. I found out you can cause a revolver to jam with that gun. Trying to see how fast I could push a bullet out of it caused the primer to expand to the point it pushed back against the frame so much it jammed, I guess this is how we learn. lol.
I have a small collection of Colt officer models, and a couple of S&W along with a Ruger Black hawk Bisley in 41 magnum. They are fun to shoot.
Re: Tell me more about your marlin 60s
I always wanted a marlin model 60 and this thread is about to make me go to the auction side and look for one. It is getting close to Christmas anyway
