My father passed away peacefully this afternoon. Thank you all for the prayers and thoughts of comfort. We appreciate everything.

Taken off life support. I hope he passes away painlessly, and soon. RIP Fideau we will miss you.

Camping up in the Idaho Sawtooths with Crit and WhiteClouder, we were finishing up breakfast one morning discussing a Grizz sighting in the area. I reached over and wiped the bacon grease from my hand on Crit's boot. He asks mewhat the hell was I doing?

I told him he could run faster than me, and I was just making sure, he would have the bear's undivided attention. Wally lost a mouthful of coffee. 🤣 The next day were heading home, and about 5miles north of Stanley, and there he was, out in a pasture stalking some Hereford steers. First one I've seen in the wild, and he was big as those steers!

Just can't find anything in my many Mauser reference books that Poland used CZ Actions for the Wz29. That's what throws me.

It's interesting enough, I may may go for it. I like Mauser's, the stranger the better.
