I'm thinking of bringing in some cilantro for the winter. Never had hydroponic cilantro but it's got to be good stuff.

I did some checking on the inter web yesterday and it said I could pick them when they are still green and if stored properly they will eventually turn red.

Your stuff might be too powerful for me. Last time I tried another cilantro growers stuff I coughed for hours and my lungs hurt for days. Thanks for the offer though.

You mentioned that your cilantro didn't take this year. That's kinda surprising as mine along with the chives grew like a weed. It's slowing down now but still pretty hardy.

I'm having some issues here with this computer getting all kinds of strange pop ups and this is the 6th. time I'm replying but here goes.

I was up until 3 AM and didn't hear anything going on as far as bad weather. But the grass was pretty wet this morning. It has been raining here pretty much every day this summer. For a while I thought the garden may be getting to much water but then things started coming around. Its just this morning everything was just like trampled down. Stuff that was kinda hard to see without moving vines or leaves were out in the open.

Wife said it was the rain, but it never flattened anything else before.

Went out and picked my first tomato as the wife made some BLT's. Went through the first one and went to get the second one. I pulled it from the vine and took a look at it. Looked like the pincers of an ear wig sticking out. What ever it was I touched the pincer like things and they with drew into the tomato, not good.[:(][:(][:(]

I'm okay what ever it was it retreated back into the tomato. That tomoto is now laying in the grass. Maybe some other rodent will eat it. The cilantro is starting to thin out. Don't think it has to much time left.

Are you going to bring in some cilantro for the winter or can you live without it until next year?

Went out earlier tonight and picked a big green one thought I'd let it ripen in the house until I noticed that hole in it. Just like the one with the pincers. [:(][:(]

Next year use some seven dust unless your one of those organic, greeny types.
