Went to Fazoli's. Pretty good Italian "fast food" place. Had spaghetti, fettucine alfredo, and lasagna. Mudge the gourmand

well as the sleet and ice sets in, nothing but a local pizzera, followed by a big bowl of fruity pebbles will do!!

Yeah, 218, it isn't anywhere to be found in Michigan. I usually buy a case of it every time I visit Florida! It's been about two years since my last visit, and I'm down to about 2 or 3 containers. Looks like its time to schedule another deep-sea fishing trip! Speaking of Florida and deep-sea fishing. Anybody fish for dolphin (not porpoise, the fish)? If you've never done it, you have to give it a try! Capt. Skip Bradeen of the Blue Chip Too is an excellent charter captain and he'll take you to the fish! http://www.bluechiptoo.com

Made my super deluxe chicken casserole last night. Same as the infamous tuna casserole but with chicken. May sound pretty plain but it's REALLY good.Chef Mudge

11/30.....Chicken casserole for the second night. Mrs. Mudge is really ill and I may have caught whatever she's got. Didn't feel much like making a project out of dinner. The casserole's kinda' like chili and lasagna though. Better after it ferments for a day.Mudge the puny

OK, so I looked to find out what this long "Dinner Post" record was all about. And now I'm perplexed.I skimmed over the posts and didn't see the question raised. So I'll ask it here.Being originally a "mid-western boy" I was raised to eat lunch at lunch time and to eat my dinner at supper time. Upon moving to the fine South, I learned that here folks eat dinner at lunch time. I have yet to figure out why this is not always the case--sometimes they do eat lunch. But do they then eat their dinner at supper time? I'm not sure.In anycase, I'm just curious, looking over some of the posts, are you people eating what you're eating at lunch time or supper time?

Lunch? Dinner? Supper? After 42 years of working shifts I just eat till I get sleepy then sleep till I get hungry. Works for me. Tonight some kind of vegetable soup and buttered hot rolls and iced tea with lemon. Delicious! I think I'll go take a nap. A gun or a brain are a terrible thing to waste
