a great bunch of folk..regards to all!
It is amazing how many times Mark Christian's name was mentioned as a favorite by so many members. Looking back, it took the work of only a handfull of his detractors (three or four) to drive him away and create a void that has yet to be filled.
Right tov, Mark is one of the few members I have met - back in the '05 or so Shot Show. Quiet spoken guy, no B.S., and actually DID know Jack bababooey! Sorry he is gone.

Don't be so sure of that statement.
More accurate would be "He has many guns"
I respect the folks on the Experts forum who post facts and know about some things.
I have about four firearms areas I think I know enough about to contribute.
Perryshooter knows 45s and CptKirk has more minutia and facts than Dr Carter has liver pills. I respect them. Beachmaster knows his area better than anyone I know but he has quit posting since the Experts forum has become more a gabfest than an info area.
But I know more about NFA laws, M16s and suppressors than they do. We each have our little areas of "expertism"

Half of these people are gone or have changed screen names hard to tell who's who a year later..
Thank you (not) for resurrecting a post from over a year ago...that no one cared about to begin with!!
The response it's getting suggests that your opinion is not widely held.
I pretty much reread the whole thread and saw many old names that I wish were still posting, but that's the way of internet forums. The only thing that bothers me is the thought of resurecting the original poster,[:0][:0], now that's really scary!!
I especially love the ones with the courage to post and not just "lurk"... but Mark Christian, Hairy and the one who customized this rifle are at the top of the list.

Mathew..quit lurking and join back in the riot..good to see ya post..Loko [8D]
I admire most the ones who are able to dig under my skin and irritate me until I'm awake. To name a few..
DWS. I hate him, but he's great.
Dcon..I envy his ability to see things from that other angle.
p3skyking..If only I had the opportunity to kick his *....
Classic..He tries so hard to destroy God and fails, but he still is logical.
Blackroses..A very wise lady, I'd like very much to argue with her face to face.
Mateo..I ain't even going there., but I admire him.
There are many others, but this is enough to get me into six fights...
The only person here besides myself was axlefan.
Myself because I know when I'm lieing or just telling a tall tail. I know when to laugh at my jokes and when to shutup. I mostly stay away from most arguements.(98%)
It would be easy to mention the Cub fan, the pecan farmer, the beagle man in Michigan, the lawyer, and the retired guy in San Deigo. They are an entertaining bunch, but there are a bunch of guys I make sure to read their postings.
Mrseatle, welcome back. Missed reading your posts over the last few months. I feared you left GB for good. Most of his posts are cryptic but entertaining. He does a good job not letting us know who he really is.
I enjoy the ying and yang of the brothers from Wisconsin. One is carefree and the other sometimes thinks too much. The comtrast is interesting and entertaining. There is a lot in Buschmaster I identify with, and also enjoy his different perspective. The marketing grad student in Colorado is one of the better writers here. When the engineer has something to say, I make sureI read it slowly. He has some good opinions and writes from his heart. The carpetnter from the east coast can tell some good stories.
The pawn shop owner in Alabama, the one who loses thing in the water, Nunn's wife, and all the other woman her add a bit of flavor.

Oh heck Cubs. If it will make you feel any better, I will put you on my list. [:D] However, just understand that you are there solely because of your wife. [;)]

The way his racist ideas are softened by his "Jeopardy" parody!
Ha!
Ill take "you must be kidding" for $400 please, alex
Notice how The Law disappears for a while, after a member leaves?
Bet he has a manly method of consolation ...
but if I had to pick one it would be Bert H. He really know his stuff. And ansewers very one respectfully
My own favorite has to be Dances With Sheep.
Instrumentofwar. His courage and cheerfulness in the face of adversity was an inspiration to me
I don't think we've heard from him in awhile, I hope all is well with him
Walte, thanks - your check is in the mail!
Kristov because he's the liquor expert
The true experts here....
Perry shooter
Heavy Iron
Iconoclast
Nononsense
Sandwarrior
and of course, the other Cub Fans!
